Hotel management consultants

Hotel management consultants

With professionalism being the buzz word in practically all the sectors, newer and newer avenues are opening for trained professionals. Hotel management consultancy is just one of the avenues among them.

Hotel management is an old concept with a large number of hotel management institutes churning out scores of graduates. After passing out all these graduates eventually join any of the big hotel chains of the country like Taj, Oberois etc. Some of them seek greener pastures by joining international brands. The spread of these hotels was limited to major cities or tourist centers.

With the rapid urbanization and industrialization the demand for hotels increased in tier II and tier III cities. Sensing opportunities many builders constructed hotels. However, building hotels was one thing managing them was a different ball game altogether. The big daddies of the industry were not willing to run their hotels.

Realizing good prospects in smaller cities, some of the experienced hotel management professionals met these owners/builders and started working for them. That is how hotel management consultants were born.

By and large these consultants form an experienced lot with most of them having an experience of successfully running big hotels in major cities.  The owners also felt comfortable working with them as they carried the necessary experience to run their respective properties.
Many of these hotel consultancy firms are doing good business; one of them is Shaw Hospitality. It started its operations this financial year has managed to bag 15 hotels (4 hotels in Dubai and 11 hotels across the country) in the first six months of its operations. As of now the company is managing/marketing more than 1050 rooms, 602 rooms are in four states across the country where as 462 rooms are in Dubai.

Danbro Accountants on Track in Building Relationships

Contractor accountant specialists Danbro got off to a racing start with a “getting to know you” event for recruitment agencies.

Many of Danbro’s contractor – or freelance – clients work through recruitment agencies and the Blackpool-based company already has close links with a number of these companies.

On 2 September, Danbro took an innovative step to help it explore ways of working more closely with recruitment agencies, to further improve services to their mutual clients, by inviting agency representatives to the Donnington Park race track in Derbyshire.

The Donnington Park MSVR Blast in the Park Championships featured a packed programme of motor racing entertainment, including two rounds of the British T Car Championship for 14 to 17-year-olds.

Danbro was supporting 16-year-old Joe Hopkins, who stands equal second in the championship points table after the Donnington Park event.

Damian Broughton, from Danbro, said: “We were delighted to welcome around 35 representatives from 11 different recruitment agencies – both new and existing contacts – to Donnington Park.

“We had a very successful day, which has proved extremely useful in building bridges with recruitment agencies towards our shared aim of giving our contractor clients the best possible service. We are delighted to have achieved such a positive and productive result.”

Dead Sea Salt Products provide natural healing for your body

People come to the Dead Sea to experience its healing water and mud. The therapeutic qualities of this body of water have been common knowledge for around a millennium. Cleopatra, the Queen of Sheba, Mark Antony, and King Herod among others all are said to have some connection to the area. There is considerable controversy that continues to cover the potential historical truth behind these individuals, but one fact has certainly proven correct over time: the Dead Sea contains a plethora of minerals and vitamins that provide a multitude of benefits to the skin of most people. By using Dead Sea Salt Products we can improve the quality of your skin.

The term for a body of water like the Dead Sea is “Endorheic Lake.” No natural outflow system exists for this body of water. The Jordan River supplies the Sea with water but from there it has nowhere to go. Evaporation is unbelievable due to little rainfall, low humidity and very hot conditions. With evaporation of the water, what remains is a pool that contains great amounts of minerals and sodium. After a great number of years concentration levels are very high.

Bromide, potassium and magnesium are some of the minerals found in abundance within the waters of the Dead Sea.  Potassium becomes essential to moisture the skin. When applied regularly, potassium plays a vital role in the quality of our skin. When magnesium is used as an ingredient, it can boost healing potential for the skin. Once it soaks deeply within the skin’s layers, it promotes healing and rejuvenation of damaged skin tissues. Bromide is known for its calming properties, providing you with a general feeling of peace and relaxation.
