How to become successful selling PLR Products

Private Label Right’s products are all the rage right now. These products allow those who have no product of their own to jump right into business, without a lot of startup capital needed. If you have PLR products, you can sell those products as your own, put your name on them, and make any changes that you want to make to them.

But, you should be aware that many others have bought the same PLR products that you have bought. If you want fame and fortune, your PLR products will have to be significantly different than those that are already out there. Many people will just make minor changes to the product, and will do okay – but you want fame and fortune!

To get that fame and fortune, don’t buy PLR products with the intention of selling them. Instead, buy them with the intention of creating your very own product from them. You don’t have to reinvent the wheel or try to come up with a type of product that has never been created before.

What you should do is use the PLR product as a guideline for developing your own product. The core material is there. All you have to do is rewrite it, restructure it, rename it, and make it yours…make the product do what you and your target market want and need for it to do.

If you’ve done this correctly, by the time you are finished, you will literally have a product that nobody else has. It will be unique, and therefore, more valuable. You can even sell the resell rights or private label rights to the product if you choose to. There are no limitations! The important thing is that you know and make use of the difference between just making a few simple changes, like others will do, and totally revamping the PLR product to turn it into a completely new product of your own.

Construction Databases: Easy access to useful bid information

With the coming up of construction databases, the way information is accessed and shared has undergone a dramatic change. Now you do not have to be lucky or high up in the construction industry to receive information about the latest construction projects in your area/locality or even in your state or country. These databases have uptodate information about projects in the pre-bidding and bidding stages.

Sites which own these construction databases offer easy access of information about the bidding process. At the click of a mouse, you can find bid due dates, project description, contact information, and more, without having to build contacts or rely on insider information. The websites enable you to search bids by state, project type or keyword. Thus you can identify and manage bidding opportunities in a convenient and effective manner.

How do these websites work? They provide weekly bid notices and construction project reports. When you subscribe to their services, you receive online, real-time access to bid notices reports. Each report provides all the information you need to make an informed decision about a particular project. Through the weekly delivery of this data, construction managers, contractors and building product manufacturers can begin working on projects much sooner than they would otherwise.

The best of websites that provide such construction reports, provide convenient options for accessing information. This enables you to find leads over your competitors by bidding early, before others know about a lucrative project.

Besides, sites which maintain construction databases also equip one with market/geographical insight. They provide you with an overview of the markets such as retail and hotel markets, as well as states that a particular company is currently working in. Moreover, by providing you a list of companies that are similar to a certain company, they enable us to form a good idea about our competitors, which is particularly helpful when making construction project bids .

Research Report on Chinese Juice Beverage Industry, 2010-2011

In China, juice beverages contain fruit & vegetable juice and fruit & vegetable beverage. The fruit & vegetable juice is made directly from fresh or chilled fruits and vegetables. Fruit & vegetable beverages are ready-for-drink beverages by adding water, sugar liquor and sour agent, etc into the juice and concentrated juice of fruits and vegetables. In China, the juice content for fruit & vegetable beverages should be no less than 10%, otherwise they will belong to other kinds of beverages.

China is abundant in fruit resources. In 2009, Chinese fruit yield came up to about 120 million tons (excluding melons), ranking the world Top. Despite the gigantic population, Chinese consumption of juice beverage is quite low. The annual juice beverage consumption per capita was below 10 liters in 2009. According to the market investigation of China Research and Intelligence, in 2009, Chinese juice beverage production amounted to 13.47 million tons, 14.20% increase over 2008; the market scale reached approximately CNY 57.50 billion, rising by 15% YOY.

The market investigation of China Research and Intelligence shows that, in Chinese juice beverage market, the market share of 100% concentration juice is only 5%-6%, while the most shares are held by low-concentration juice beverages (juice content no more than 25%). This is mainly due to the purchase capacity and consumption ideas of consumers.

By the end of 2009, there were already over 1,000 juice processing enterprises in China, but few of them are large ones. Except that the products of several enterprises such as Huiyuan, Coca-Cola and Pepsi can be sold well all over China, most other enterprises can only sell their products in the regional markets. Restricted by the financial capacity and marketing channels etc., those regional enterprises are unable to operate in the national market. In the long run, these regional enterprises are likely to become the acquisition objects of juice beverage giants, who can improve their regional market shares and set up localized production bases through the acquisition.

Forensic Accountant: Reliability & admissibility as Expert Witness

Forensic Accounting

Forensic accounting is a rapidly growing area of accounting concerned with the detection and prevention of financial fraud and white-collar criminal activities. George A. Manning in his book “Financial Investigation and Forensic Accounting” defines Forensic Accounting as the science of gathering and presenting financial information in a form that will be accepted by a court of jurisprudence against perpetrators of economic crimes. The integration of accounting, auditing, and investigative skills yields the specialty known as Forensic Accounting which focuses very closely on detecting or preventing accounting fraud. “Forensic”, according to the Webster’s Dictionary means, “Belonging to, used in or suitable to courts of judicature or to public discussion and debate.” The word accounting is defined as “a system of recording and summarizing business and financial transactions and analyzing, verifying, and recording the results.” The term ‘forensic accounting’ refers to financial fraud investigation which includes the analysis of accounting records to prove or disprove financial fraud and serving as an expert witness in Court to prove or disprove the same. Thus, basically, the forensic accounting is the use of accounting for legal purposes.

The History of Forensic Accounting

The forensic accounting can be traced back as far as 1817 to Meyer v. Sefton, a Canadian case that allowed an ‘expert witness’ to testify in court. The term ‘forensic accounting’ was first published in an article in 1946 “Forensic Accounting- Its Place in Today’s Economy” authored by Maurice E. Peloubet, a partner in Price Waterhouse. He stated that, “during the war both the public and industrial accountant have been and now engaged in the practice of forensic accounting”. Many scholars have traced the roots of investigative accounting to his work. Interest in forensic accounting spread through the United States and England early in the twentieth century. One of the first institutions to use the services of such investigative accountants was the IRS. The story of Al Capone the famous mobster being caught on a tax evasion scheme is well-known. The FBI decided to use forensic accountants and employed nearly 500 such agents during World War II. As a profession, forensic accounting continued to grow during the latter half of the century, as GAAP and tax laws became widespread and mandatory.

Nine Personality Traits That Shape Innovation

Copyright (c) 2008 Success Performance Solutions

Thomas Edison, possibly America’s Greatest Inventor, was once described as having “an inexhaustible resource and fertility of ideas when it came to practical solution finding. He could juggle multiple projects at the same time and “turn a problem around” from every angle to see all the possibilities, generate ideas, make creative connections, and discern patterns. At the height of his exploration into electrical power, for example, he worked on forty projects simultaneously. Edison credited this remarkable ability to what he called his “mental kaleidoscope.”

Kaleidoscopic thinking is what differentiates idea generators from successful innovators. Once management bets its future on innovation, creating an innovation-driven culture is a must. This starts with identifying who the people are capable of kaleidoscopic thinking. We have identified nine personality traits that shape the innovative mind-set.

Curiosity is an important ingredient of innovation. Innovators are forward thinking and open to new ideas. The highly curious individual imagines and pursues possibilities. They do not limit themselves to probabilities. Curious people don’t take information at face value. They probe. They tinker. They don’t ask “what to do” but “what if.” They want to know “how” something works and “why.” Too many managers think they are innovating when they initiate and approve trivial projects which turn out to be merely superficial ideas. That is like throwing seeds on stony ground; they might sprout but they do not take root and grow into anything useful. Successful innovators ask lots of questions which stimulates even more questions.
